Our company is seeking to hire a Business Analyst / Quality Assurance (with automation experience) for a full-time position. We are looking for someone with a strong ability to bridge technical precision with strategic vision, combining expertise in quality assurance with analytical thinking, to ensure that products perfectly meet both business and user needs

الخبرة والتعليم:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أدوار ضمان الجودة وتحليل الأعمال.
  • خبرة عملية في أطر عمل وأدوات أتمتة الاختبار مثل: معرفة قوية بدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات، وعمليات ضمان الجودة، ومنهجيات  مهارات تحليلية وتواصل استثنائية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة كتابة وتحدثاً.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Business Analysis roles.
  • Practical experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Postman, JUnit.
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), quality assurance processes, and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • ترجمة متطلبات العمل إلى سيناريوهات واضحة وقابلة للاختبار ومعايير قبول.
  • تصميم وصيانة حالات اختبار وسكريبتات مؤتمتة باستخدام أدوات ضمان الجودة.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع المطورين وأصحاب المصلحة لتحسين المتطلبات.
  • إنشاء وتنفيذ خطط الاختبار (اليدوية والمؤتمتة) للاختبار الوظيفي والتراجعي.
  • تتبع العيوب وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية واقتراح تحسينات.
  • ضمان جودة الإصدار من خلال التحقق المنظم والاختبار الاستكشافي.
  • تسهيل التواصل بين الفرق التقنية وغير التقنية.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, testable scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and maintain test cases and automated scripts using quality assurance tools.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to refine requirements.
  • Create and execute test plans (manual and automated) for functional and regression testing.
  • Track defects, analyze root causes, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure release quality through structured validation and exploratory testing.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
